How we work

How Tick and Mosquito Control of Western MA Works

From the first phone call to the invoice on the door — the way a job actually runs here.

01

Free quote

Pricing depends on the size of your property, so we quote it rather than publishing a rate card. Call 413-329-1940 or email us and we will price your yard — estimates are free.

02

We schedule around you

Flexible treatment times, and nobody needs to be home. As long as the gate is unlocked and pets are inside, the technician can do the work.

03

The treatment

A mosquito barrier visit averages 15–30 minutes; a tick lawn treatment runs 30 minutes to an hour depending on lawn size. Each treatment lasts about 30 days.

04

You know it was done

The technician leaves a door hanger invoice when the treatment is complete, and a pesticide sign goes at the foot of the driveway so you and your neighbors know a treatment has been made.

05

Billing

Prepay for the full season, or pay after each application — the bill left on the door is due within 30 days. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What we stand for

Our Core Values

Four things we will not compromise on, whichever program you choose.

Safe for family and pets

Traditional or all-natural, every product we use is EPA-registered, water-based and will not harm plants. Thirty minutes after it dries, the yard is back in use.

Protection that lasts longer

Thirty days per treatment — an average of nine days longer than competitors, which means fewer applications for the same level of service.

Your choice of program

Different homeowners want different things in their yard. Traditional barrier or plant-based essential oils — both are real programs here, not an upsell and an afterthought.

A guarantee with a number on it

Not completely satisfied with a tick or mosquito treatment? Contact us within 14 days of that treatment and we re-spray at no additional charge.
